Can I p algebra 2 cl?

Ok. I got a C the 1st semester. Got another C in 2nd semester. Failed the midterm,w/ an F of course. 3rd semester I got a D. Right now I have a D. So do I have a possibility of ping algebra 2? (Btw I live in FL, just in case u need it:))
