As hard as it is, I think you just need to be patient and let this play out. Keep it light and enjoy the flirting, playfulness and friendship. Let the relationship lead you instead of the other way around. I think to try to define or control the path of the relationship this early in the game will only hurt it. Just enjoy it for what it is. :-)
