Will we have enough cold weather gear for the troops in Afghanistan?

As winter sets in there and we think about adding more troops I am concerned that there may be a shortage of gear for the troops. The excuse about the stability of the government is just a liberal delay tactic. They were not concerned until more troops were requested. As for Kerry he should have been thrown out of the senate long ago.
