I bought a condo but the view is not as agreed upon..can someone give me advice do I have a remedy?

The condo was bought years ago based only on brochures but the salesperson ured me it had a great city view I guess since it was the last unit he was trying to push its sale.. Just did the PDI and sadly the view is obstructed by a concrete wall with little windows where you can see out.. This is not what we were promised and very upset.. I have the original e-mail as advertised stating that it is a great city view specifically for this suite.. My question is since we paid for the view since it was to be a great city view do we have any remedies in court once I close.. funny enough the agreement of sale which prcludes any misrepresentation does not have my signature on that page because I told the agent that the view was the main reason to buy and he stated at that time leave it blank dont intial.. any lawyers out there ..? thanks
