YES. Call your attorney and let him/her know and that you are afraid for your daughter. With your doentation and things like that, it should be looked into and decided upon. My guess is it will be approved. Courts/judges LOVE evidence; whether doentation, pictures, text messages, anything. His behavior enough should be evaluated, plus, subpoena the hospital records from the mental hospital. Any proof will HELP you!!
