Does Cop Out (movie) look really horrible or is it just me?

Not one part in any commercial or trailer made me smile, it really just looks not funny. Getting kicked in the nuts, not funny. Saying 'police brutality', then Bruce Willis says 'not yet', not funny. Smacking tracey morgan cus hes'in the moment' not funny. I thought Tropic Thunder was awesome fyi. So does this movie look like garbage?
