How do you tell someone your not dateing when they think you are?

i was at the school stomp and i dont have a bf so i dint dance the slow ones it was the last dance and a slow one to . i saw a boy in a wheil chair/walker and he sighed and looked depresedso i asked him to dance now hes texing me sitting with me and telling me that he loves me. im not preudst im just not ready for a bf, at the end of the dance he gave me a bare hug. HELP!!
