I have been infected with staph while working in a research lab .how will i get cured?

the symptoms are erythematous rashes in arms and shoulders, small hair folliculites,back and joint pains and pneumonia. i was on antibiotic gatifloxacin 400mg for 5 days which gave me relief of the rashes ,hair follicullites and pneumonia but joint pains persisted but after 10 days rashes and hair folliculites reappeared.then i took another course of the same antibiotic. similar results were obtained and after 10-12 days again the symptoms reappeared.the doctor asked me to take the antibiotic for 21 days as the ESR was 40 indicating the presence of infection. but this time there was no relief at all.now i am taking homeopathy since a week, i dont find any improvement.further my family members are also complaining of joint pain and one of them had boils ,3 of them had pneumonia . please help me out.
